About Us

In the spring of 1999 when strange sounding names such as Yahoo, Google, and Netscape were not yet part of the American lexicon, Business Center Solutions was founded under the name of Netropolis Enterprises, Inc. In those days, the front desk of the hotel usually handled an occasional copy or print job or even sent a fax for that special hotel guest. Few hotels had fully staffed Business Centers.
Borrowing from the business model of MailBoxes, Etc., and a recent visit to an “Internet Café” in Great Britain, the founders decided to wed the two concepts with the hopes of convincing a major hotel general manger to outsource their Business Center.
Fortunately we found a home at the Westin Hotel Horton Plaza in San Diego and prospered there for seven years. In September of 2002, the company moved its headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada under the new name of Business Center Solutions, Inc. Our first hotel was the storied Stardust Hotel and Casino located on the famous Las Vegas Strip and just two blocks from the Greater Las Vegas Convention Center.
Given our proximity to the Convention Center, we found ourselves handling a tremendous amount of incoming packages for hotel guests and convention attendees. Something had to be done to automate and manage our package control process. At the time, UPS and FedEx both employed great tracking systems from point of origin to destination, but nothing existed for package control once inside the hotel itself; thus began the development of our TrackToMe package and control system.
Today, Business Center Solutions operates fully staffed Business Centers in three Las Vegas hotels and casinos. All three properties utilize the Track To Me system to monitor all incoming and outgoing packages.
